Exclusivity

We operate strict territorial limits, so that nearby firms will not have access to the same material.

This means the risk of your prospective clients receiving bulletins from a competitor is  very low.  And we even take additional steps to reduce the chance of a client recognising them as the same, by:

• having bulletins in your firm's colours (and displaying your logo); and,
• staggering the distribution.

How does the exclusivity arrangement work?

We will enter into agreements with only one firm of solicitors per city / town, and have a 5-mile exclusion zone around that city or town.  Thus, if you are based in Leeds, we would not enter into a similar agreement with any other firm whose principal office is based within five miles of Leeds.  The exception to this is central London, where we operate different rules - please contact us for details.
