Who/What is Employment Law Services Ltd.?
- Employment Law Services Limited is a legal publishing company which
has been operating since 2000. We publish various electronic
guides to employment law, organise employment law seminars and
write/distribute employment law bulletins on behalf of solicitors' firms to help
them generate work and attract new clients.
Are
Email bulletins a useful marketing tool?
Why should we use you?
-
Producing accurate, timely and informative bulletins is onerous and
often takes a day or more of billable time. Using us to write and
distribute the bulletins saves substantial fee-earner time. We also
help you avoid additional use of secretarial resources by maintaining the
distribution list and handling all subscription and unsubscription
requests.
-
We are professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in the writing and
distribution of Email employment law bulletins.
What is in the updates?
How often do they come out?
- You can choose from either quarterly (4 times a year) or 'monthly'
(10 times a year, usually with a single issue covering July/August and
December/January).
How do people sign up?
Won't our competitors send out the same bulletins?
- We take steps to avoid this. The main step is that we will
only produce bulletins for one firm within a five-mile radius of any
city. Please click 'Exclusivity' above for further details.
What about the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations
2003 ?
- We take the anti-spam Regulations very seriously. We operate
double opt-in lists, so that subscribers are sent an Email to confirm
their subscription - ensuring nobody is added without their
consent. All of the bulletins we distribute have an
'unsubscribe' option at the bottom of the bulletin.
Can we customise your bulletins, or send out our own materials?
- Yes - you can make any changes you want to the regular monthly or
quarterly bulletins. Some firms advertise their seminar
programmes, others like to announce cases they have been involved
with. You can also send out additional bulletins (where you
write the text yourself), although we reserve the right to make a
small charge for this.
